BE IT DULY NOTED: at the Dover City Council meeting that was held Thursday, July 1, 2010, motions were made and carried to approve the following:
Effective immediately, there will be a $25.00 charge to the account holder for each NSF check issued to the City of Dover plus the service fee from the bank.
