This candidate would be a “handyman” type person with knowledge and experience in the areas of

Safety

Tools

Carpentry

Welding

Plumbing

Small engines

The ideal person should be a self starter, flexible with tasks and bring a positive work attitude along with safe work practices.

Other responsibilities include

Lawn care

Snow plowing

Street maintenance

Water meter readings

Baseball field maintenance

$25-$35/hr
